At Golden Horseshoe Equestrian, we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience of consigning with us. As part of that commitment, we’re making an important update to how consignment payouts are delivered—one designed to be faster, more reliable, and more convenient.

What’s Changing

Effective immediately, consignment payouts will no longer be mailed via USPS. While mailed checks have served us in the past, they can be subject to delays, loss, and inconsistent delivery times. To ensure consigners receive their funds more predictably, we are transitioning to digital and electronic payment options.

Your Consignment Payment Options

Consigners may now choose from the following payout methods:

In-Store Credit (Best Value)

Opting for in-store credit gives you an additional 10% added to your payout.

Example: a $40 payout becomes $44 in store credit.

This option is ideal for those who regularly shop with us and want to maximize the value of their consignment earnings.

Digital Check (eCheck)

Prefer a check? We now offer secure digital checks delivered by email.

- Digital checks will be emailed by the 5th of each month

- You can print and deposit the check immediately, or

- Use your bank’s mobile deposit feature—no waiting for mail delivery

Electronic Depos

Our payment processor also offers electronic deposit options for consigners who wish to enroll. These options are optional, and any associated fees are set by the processor, not Golden Horseshoe Equestrian.

Why We’re Making This Change

This update allows us to:

- Deliver payments more consistently

- Eliminate issues with lost or delayed mail

- Give consigners greater flexibility and control over how they receive their funds

Ultimately, it helps us serve our consignment community more reliably and efficiently.
