Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
  
• Delivery carrier options:
  
  • UPS or FedEx
  • Delivery times subject to carrier options
  • Local Pickup (ready within 24 hours)
    
  • USPS is no longer offered as a shipping option as they have consistently lost or delayed delivery of packages beyond acceptable time frames. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout.
• Responsibility: Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the carrier.

Lost/Damaged Packages: Notify us within 5 business days. We will work with carriers to resolve the issue promptly. All refund determinations for shipped products which are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier are solely the responsibility of the carrier and Golden Horseshoe Partners LLC assumes no responsibility for those items as they are out of our control once the carrier takes delivery.
